Participants from French universities or institutions who wish to complete their registration via bank transfer are kindly invited to contact ipic2026.contact@kedgebs.com for further information and payment instructions.

The registration rates available are presented below, according to the conference program timeline. 

Please note that multiple registration options are available through the same payment link. When making your payment, please make sure to select the registration option that applies to you.

Cancellation policy:

Registrations cancelled before May 1st are eligible for a refund. All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to ipic2026.contact@kedgebs.com. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse refunds in the case of late cancellation. 

Please note that supporting documents are required to register at the student rate. 

Your registration rate includes access to welcome reception, scientific sessions, exhibition area, conference materials, special souvenirs, certificate of attendance, gala dinner, and coffee breaks, lunches & refreshments.
